📖 Definitions

All the terms mentioned below in the Terms of Sale for the Baxemo Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) have the following meanings:

📢 Announcement

Refers to all elements and data (visual, textual, audio, photographs, drawings) provided by the Advertiser under their sole responsibility, for the purpose of buying, renting, or selling a product or service, and displayed on the Website and the Mobile Site.

👤 Advertiser

Any natural or legal person, of legal age, residing in France, who owns an account and has posted an announcement on the Website. Any Advertiser must log in to their Personal Account to add or manage their listings. Posting the first announcement automatically results in the creation of a Personal Account for the Advertiser.

🗂 Personal Account

The free space that any Advertiser must create, through which they can access the Website to manage, view, or publish their listings.

🏢 Baxemo Digital Marketing

The company that publishes and operates the Website and the Mobile Site {YourCompanyName}, registered in the Trade and Companies Register in {YourCity} under number {YourCompany Registration Number}, with its registered office at {YourCompany Address}.

📞 Customer Service

The department through which the Advertiser can obtain further information. This service can be contacted via email through the link available on the Website and the Mobile Site.

🌐 Baxemo Digital Marketing Service

Refers to the services provided by the company to Users and Advertisers on the Website and the Mobile Site.

💻 Website

The site operated by Baxemo Digital Marketing, accessible primarily via the URL: https://baxemo.com, which allows Users and Advertisers to access the service online.

📱 Mobile Site

The mobile version of the site operated by Baxemo, accessible via the URL: https://baxemo.com, which allows Users and Advertisers to access the service via their mobile devices {Baxemo.com}.

👥 User

Any visitor who has access to the Baxemo Digital Marketing Service via the Website or the Mobile Site, or through other means provided by the company.

📌 Subject

These Terms and Conditions set out the contractual provisions applicable to any subscription made by an Advertiser through their Personal Account on the Website or the Mobile Site.

✅ Acceptance

Any use of the Website by the Advertiser constitutes full acceptance of the current Terms.

⚖ Responsibility

Baxemo Digital Marketing shall not be held liable for non-performance or improper performance resulting from the Advertiser or due to force majeure.

✏ Modification of these Terms

Baxemo Digital Marketing reserves the right, at any time, to modify all or part of the Terms and Conditions. Advertisers are advised to review the Terms regularly to be aware of any changes.

📜 Miscellaneous

If any part of the Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed unwritten, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in effect between the Advertisers and Baxemo Digital Marketing.
